  We all need support and assistance at times.  Facing and dealing with difficulties takes strength and courage. CMU resources for faculty and staff include an Employee Assistance Program that provides free and confidential assistance during difficult times and an active wellness program that provides resources and encouragement for healthy behavior and self-care.
