Introduction
This website was developed via the combined efforts of the Faculty Center for Innovative Teaching, The Office of Student Life and the Counseling Center as a result of an increased awareness of violence on college campuses. It is hoped that the information provided here will help CMU’s faculty create an environment that reduces the likelihood of such incidents from occurring on our campus. Also included is information for what faculty can do if a violent incident occurs. This information will help keep faculty, staff, and students safe in case of emergency.
