Turnitin(r) is a plagiarism detection tool.  The tool can detect the slightest use of plagiarized material by comparing submitted papers with previously submitted papers in its database and the web. Using TurnItIn within Blackboard streamlines the assignment submission and detection process for both faculty and students.
